It is situated in the ancient village bordering the medieval castle belonged to Braccio Fortebracci from Montone. It has been completely renovated.

On the ground floor you will find the ancient oil press used by the owners until 2008 for the production of the famous Umbrian extra virgin olive. The access to the oil press is from the front of the house. Through the alley that separates the house from the castle, you enter the cellars with their vaulted ceilings.
The first floor, which is arranged over two levels, includes a kitchen with a small bathroom, a dining room with fireplace and oak beamed ceilings, two bedrooms, bathroom and panoramic terrace with view of the Umbrian hills and the city of Perugia.
The entrance that connects the bedrooms to the bathroom boasts a frescoed ceiling. In front of the dining room there is an access leading to the barns measuirng approximately 500 sqm and spreading over two levels. Access to the garden is possible from the barn and / or side alley.
On the second floor there are three bedrooms, a lounge with terracotta oven and frescoed ceilings. One of the bedrooms has a balcony that overlooks the village.
Fifty meters from the house there is another garden of 200 sqm.
The village is situated 5 km from Deruta, 32 km from Perugia, 45 km from Assisi (homeland of St. Francis), 30 km from Todi, 50 km from Lake Trasimeno, 160 km from Rome. In the surrounding countryside you can enjoy horseback riding, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, hunting.
